Senior Account Specialist – Saudi Nationals

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a Senior Account Specialist to represent a global leader in IT Services and Consulting. The role focuses on end‑to‑end account lifecycle ownership, driving new business and expanding existing relationships with Saudi Arabian clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full account management lifecycle, from prospecting CTOs and engineering leaders to closing deals.
• Generate and qualify leads through professional networks, cold calling and other outreach methods.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Service Delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with technology vendor channel partners to maximize deal size.
• Lead the bidding process, ensuring accurate and high‑quality proposals.
• Negotiate and close small to mid‑size deals independently; support the Account Director on large deals.
• Achieve revenue targets by acquiring new logos and cross‑/up‑selling to existing accounts.
• Maintain continuous market analysis and act as a single point of contact for customers.

Required profile

• Saudi national with at least 5 years (60 months) of experience in enterprise IT sales or account management.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior technical decision‑makers.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong analytical mindset to understand client data lifecycles and business needs.
