About the role
Masterworks is seeking a Senior AI Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of AI initiatives in line with PMO governance, quality standards and client expectations. The role will coordinate technical teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
- Define project scope, milestones and deliverables with clear ownership.
- Coordinate technical teams and align efforts between PMO, client and vendors.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and change requests using structured governance.
- Prepare regular project reports, track progress and ensure timely delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- 10‑12 years of experience in IT or AI project management.
- Hands‑on experience with AI projects is preferred.
- Local Saudi nationality is mandatory.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
