Senior Analyst I – IT Operations

About the role

Provide expert technical support for infrastructure services, handling complex issues and inquiries. Assist in implementing infrastructure projects and initiatives while continuously monitoring system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical support for infrastructure services and resolve complex incidents.
• Assist in the execution of infrastructure projects and assigned tasks.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure systems for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and address technical challenges.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as incident reports and configuration details.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including 2 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis and data‑driven problem solving.
• Continuous learner who stays current with industry knowledge and technology.

Required skills

• Cisco CCNA certification (preferred).
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification (preferred).
• CompTIA Security+ certification (preferred).
