Senior Architect / Design Lead (Residential)

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Architect / Design Lead to join a real‑estate development company in Makkah. The role is focused on residential projects, guiding them from concept through the design development stage.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and design direction for residential developments.
- Prepare concepts, layouts, facades, and massing studies.
- Develop projects through the Design Development stage.
- Coordinate with and review the work of external consultants.
- Ensure projects are practical, efficient, and aligned with market expectations.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of architectural experience.
- Strong background in residential and housing projects.
- Hands‑on design capability with experience on built or ongoing projects.
- Good command of Revit.
- Portfolio that demonstrates individual design contribution.
