Senior Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our Architecture department and report to the Project Manager. The role involves leading design initiatives, producing detailed drawings, and ensuring architectural solutions align with client needs and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review architectural designs and construction documents.
• Produce high‑quality drawings and visualisations.
• Write comprehensive reports of moderate to high complexity.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to deliver project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with architectural policies, principles, and construction processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and understanding of the relationship between people, buildings, and the environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading).

Required skills

• Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modelling).
• Knowledge of IIM (Infrastructure Information Modelling).
• Computer‑aided design (CAD) expertise.
• Computer literacy and strong IT skills.
