Senior Architectural Draftsman

About the role

Pine Landscaping is seeking a Senior Architectural Draftsman to support design development, construction documentation, and shop drawing preparation for large‑scale landscape projects across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and landscape drawings from concept design through IFC stages.
• Develop coordinated shop drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Translate design concepts into accurate, buildable drawings.
• Incorporate site conditions, materials, and consultant comments into drawing packages.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to resolve drawing conflicts.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural drafting.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, drafting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and building systems.
• Proven experience developing IFC drawings and detailed shop drawings.
• Landscape detailing experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to produce coordinated shop drawings.
• Understanding of architectural details.
