Senior Associate - Licensing & Government Relations

About the role

The Senior Associate will be responsible for securing, renewing and managing all licensing requirements for a medical services provider in Saudi Arabia. This includes facilities, medical practitioners and corporate permits, ensuring full compliance with MOH, CBAHI, CHI, Civil Defence and municipal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and renew non‑medical facility licences such as Commercial Registrations, municipal permits and civil‑defence licences.
• Execute medical facility licensing and accreditation through Seha (MOH) and CHI portals, and prepare for CBAHI inspections.
• Track and renew medical licences for doctors, nurses and allied health staff, ensuring correct linkage in government systems.
• Conduct legal reviews of contracts and draft formal Arabic responses to regulatory inquiries.
• Act as primary liaison with government agencies, coordinating documentation and representing the company during inspections.
• Maintain a dashboard of licence expiry dates, monitor regulatory changes and streamline digital archiving.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in legal document review and drafting formal Arabic correspondence.
• Expert navigation of all Saudi E‑Government portals.
• Knowledge of medical and non‑medical licensing requirements.
• Managing relations with government agencies.
• Strong analytical skills to track complex renewal cycles.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
