Senior Auditor - GCC Nationals

About the role

EY is inviting GCC nationals to join its MENA team across various GCC locations, including Riyadh. The role sits within the Audit team and involves working directly with clients to deliver insights. The position supports national hiring priorities and aims to strengthen gender diversity within EY.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in audit engagements as a team member, share responsibility, support colleagues, keep senior team members updated on progress and help prepare for meetings with management teams.
• Help prepare reports and schedules delivered to clients and other parties, and build productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Build internal and external relationships and identify and escalate potential business opportunities for EY.
• Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining assurance professionals.
• Anticipate and identify risks, escalate issues as appropriate, and ensure client work is of high quality and reviewed by the next-level reviewer.

Required profile

• 3.5 years of external audit experience.
• A strong academic record, including a degree.
• Has started or completed a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CA.
• Experience with a Big 4 firm preferred.
