Senior Billing and Claims Representative

About the role

The Senior Billing and Claims Representative will lead the credit and collections function for Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, ensuring accurate processing of medical and dental claims, timely invoicing, and effective cash‑flow management. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution to maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process medical and dental claims based on services delivered, updating billing systems with accurate claim information.
• Generate invoices, monitor billing status, and apply corrections or adjustments as needed.
• Respond to inquiries from insurance companies and payers regarding individual patient cases.
• Review and reconcile incoming and outgoing documents related to invoices and payments.
• Lead a team of credit and collection professionals, developing collection strategies to reduce bad debt.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies, regulatory requirements, and data‑accuracy standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in billing and claims management, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Certification in revenue cycle management or case management is preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency and basic Arabic communication skills.
