Senior Billing and Claims Representative

About the role

The Senior Billing and Claims Representative oversees and optimizes the credit and collections processes, manages complex accounts, and leads a team of credit and collection professionals. This role develops strategic collection initiatives, ensures compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements, and works to improve cash flow while maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process claims based on services charged by the clinical team and handle supporting documentation.
• Update billing systems regularly with claim information, corrections, and adjustments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Generate invoices and update billing status, including dental and medical billing.
• Respond to inquiries from insurance companies and payers regarding individual patient cases.
• Review incoming and outgoing documents related to invoices and payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in billing and claims management or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency and basic Arabic.
• Preferred certification in revenue cycle management or case management.
