Senior BIM Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead the development and coordination of Building Information Models for multidisciplinary projects in Riyadh. The role will drive BIM excellence, ensure model accuracy, and support the delivery of high‑quality, sustainable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain comprehensive BIM models using industry‑standard software, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Lead clash detection and resolution between structural, MEP and architectural systems, documenting findings and coordinating timely solutions.
• Establish, enforce and continuously improve BIM standards, naming conventions and modeling guidelines across all projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to align BIM models with project requirements and Saudi Arabian building codes.
• Generate technical documentation, construction drawings, schedules and visualisations from BIM models to support construction teams.
• Perform quality‑assurance reviews on BIM models to verify compliance with specifications, codes and contract obligations.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in BIM workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role on large, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong analytical mindset, organizational abilities and collaborative spirit.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations.
• Ability to lead clash detection processes and drive continuous improvement of BIM standards.
