Senior Business Analyst – Air Cargo

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join Niit Technologies in Jeddah, focusing on the Air Cargo domain. The role involves translating business needs into clear requirements, supporting agile delivery, and ensuring successful project outcomes for air freight operations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across export, import, AWB, cargo handling and warehouse operations.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate requirement grooming sessions and clarify needs with product owners and technical teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing, perform defect analysis and assist in release activities.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA and product owners to align on delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field.
• 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5‑7 years as a Business Analyst in the Air Cargo sector.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Immediate availability or notice period up to 15 days.

Required skills

• Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• In‑depth knowledge of Air Cargo processes including export, import, AWB, cargo handling and warehouse operations.
• Hands‑on experience with cargo ground handling.
