About the role
Surbana Jurong is looking for a Senior Business Development Coordinator to drive business development, client engagement and opportunity management across its infrastructure and aviation portfolios. The role will support strategic initiatives, manage registrations and ensure timely submission of procurement opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client registrations, vendor portals and pre‑qualification processes.
- Maintain business‑development pipelines, opportunity trackers and client databases.
- Monitor EOIs, RFQs, RFPs and submission deadlines.
- Support the preparation of capability statements and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with proposal, technical and management teams.
- Assist client‑engagement activities and stakeholder coordination.
- Prepare BD reports, dashboards and market‑intelligence updates.
- Maintain BD systems, records and documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Aviation or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in business development or client engagement, preferably in consultancy, engineering or professional services.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs).
- Experience supporting infrastructure or aviation projects is preferred.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience with CRM systems and BD tracking tools (advantageous).
