Senior Business Development Manager – Financial Services (KSA)

About the role

The Senior Business Development Manager will lead new‑logo acquisition for Endava across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on the financial services sector, and will also support selected opportunities in the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the Commercial leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, promoting Endava’s digital engineering, data, cloud and transformation services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage large‑enterprise and strategic accounts in Saudi Arabia, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline aligned with ambitious revenue targets, using cold outreach, networking and market intelligence.
• Structure, negotiate and close complex, multi‑stream professional services engagements, consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota.
• Represent Endava at industry events, conferences and executive workshops throughout the GCC, strengthening brand presence.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of proven business development experience selling IT professional services, custom software or digital transformation solutions.
• Demonstrated success in the Saudi market with deep understanding of local procurement models and relationship‑led selling.
• Strong background in financial services (banking, insurance, fintech) and an existing network of senior decision‑makers in KSA.
• Track record of delivering $5M+ annual quota and closing complex, multi‑year contracts.
• Highly self‑motivated, performance‑driven and comfortable operating independently in a fast‑paced environment.
