About the role

Masterworks is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead the design, development, and automation of internal reports across customs, zakat, and tax domains. You will translate complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and integrate data from internal and external sources relevant to customs, zakat, and tax.
• Design and develop dynamic, interactive dashboards and reports using advanced BI tools.
• Automate data pipelines, scripts, and macros to ensure timely report generation.
• Document reporting processes, create standardized templates, and maintain data quality.
• Collaborate with strategic planning teams to map KPIs and build scorecards for department‑level performance tracking.
• Validate data accuracy, conduct regular audits, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Engage business users, gather feedback, and continuously improve reporting solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable recommendations.
• Proven experience working with customs, tax, or regulatory data is a plus.
