Senior Buyer Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Buyer Specialist to lead our procurement activities in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing relationships with international suppliers, primarily in China, to support our growing operations in the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate factories in China and other regions to secure high‑quality products at competitive prices.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and contractual conditions with suppliers.
• Manage the full purchase order cycle, from requisition to receipt and invoice verification.
• Conduct supplier performance monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs and market demands.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on buying and sourcing experience.
• At least 5 years of direct sourcing experience from factories in China.
• Proven track record in supplier evaluation, negotiation and cost management.
• Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and purchase order management.
• Preferred experience in the GCC, especially the Saudi market.
• Fluent English; Arabic and/or Mandarin are a plus.
