Senior (Channel/Direct) Sales Executive

About the role

Tencent's Cloud & Smart Industries Group is expanding its cloud business across the Middle East. We are seeking a Senior Channel/Direct Sales Executive to lead our go‑to‑market strategy in Saudi Arabia, building strong relationships with channel partners and key customers to drive new cloud service opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with channel partners to promote cooperative selling and increase market penetration.
• Identify and engage key decision‑makers, understanding their business needs and positioning Tencent Cloud solutions.
• Lead the sales pipeline, generate leads, and close high‑value deals.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, forecast revenue, and achieve sales targets.
• Partner with the Business Contracts Manager on contract negotiations.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to sales and marketing collateral.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cloud or technology sales, preferably in channel and direct models.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the Saudi market.
• Strong understanding of industry trends in finance, manufacturing, energy, ISV and related sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
