Senior Civil Engineer – Infrastructure

About the role

Egis is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead the planning, design and delivery of large‑scale infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will collaborate with private developers, government agencies and multidisciplinary design teams to create innovative, high‑quality infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all project phases from feasibility studies and design development to tender preparation and construction support.
• Act as Project Manager and Design Lead on complex multidisciplinary infrastructure schemes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate relationships with clients, government authorities, statutory bodies and external design partners.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, local regulations and international best practices.
• Lead design and technical review of water distribution networks, wastewater collection systems, storm‑water management infrastructure and transportation networks.
• Prepare and review technical reports, design calculations, specifications and construction documentation.
• Oversee the use of Civil 3D and other advanced design tools.

Required profile

• Proven track record in delivering large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong project management capabilities and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi building regulations and international engineering standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
