Senior Cloud Network & Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Network & Security Engineer to join Akkodis in Al Khobar. The role focuses on designing, deploying and securing enterprise‑grade network architectures on Google Cloud Platform, leveraging native services and third‑party security appliances.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement highly available, scalable VPCs, Cloud NAT, load balancers and Cloud NGFWs on GCP.
• Integrate and manage Palo Alto, Fortinet and F5 security appliances within cloud environments.
• Automate network and security provisioning using Terraform and maintain IaC pipelines.
• Apply Google Fabric Fast best‑practice frameworks to create compliant landing zones.
• Collaborate with the Senior Cloud Architect and guide cross‑functional teams on networking and security concepts.
• Conduct security audits, define policies and ensure continuous compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud networking and security.
• Strong background in GCP services and hybrid connectivity solutions.
• Hands‑on expertise with Terraform, Ansible and Python scripting.
• Proven ability to work onsite in Al Khobar and relocate if required.
