Senior Commercial Sales Manager – Energy Projects

About the role

As a Senior Commercial Sales Manager you will work with experienced professionals to drive the energy transition through innovative turbine and renewable projects. The role combines financial strategy, commercial leadership and close collaboration with clients and partners to ensure sustainable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial and commercial activities during project acquisition, aligning with Siemens Energy’s strategic goals.
• Manage all aspects of bid processes, including contract analysis, cost calculations and risk management.
• Support pre‑qualification activities and maintain strong relationships with external project collaborators.
• Drive digitalisation initiatives to improve efficiency and transparency in sales operations.
• Monitor and maintain customer credit limits in line with financial guidelines.
• Prepare presentations and analytical reports for internal reviews and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting; ACCA, CIMA or CPA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management or financial/performance controlling with core sales exposure.
• Proficiency in IFRS accounting standards and advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience in service business across the gas services portfolio is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
