Senior Construction Manager

About the role

The Senior Construction Manager will lead on‑site activities for high‑end ultra‑luxury hospitality and residential projects in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while coordinating closely with engineers, architects and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage construction activities for luxury hotel and residential projects.
• Supervise site operations, monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections, approve drawings and specifications, and enforce safety and environmental standards.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, control costs, allocate resources and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 15+ years of proven experience managing high‑end residential and hotel projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, industry standards and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
