Senior Construction Manager - Theming (FITOUT)

About the role

The Senior Construction Manager will lead all construction activities for theming and fit‑out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. This role combines hands‑on site management with strategic cost and risk control.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate construction activities, managing the construction team, subcontractors and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and company HSE policies.
• Control project costs by collecting, analysing and advising on cost‑efficiency measures.
• Establish and maintain line‑item costs for preliminaries and consumables throughout the project.
• Drive value‑engineering initiatives, track changes and reconcile variations.
• Manage insurance requirements, risk identification and mitigation to avoid claims.
• Participate in tendering processes and report any discrepancies.
• Handle HR processes related to mobilisation and demobilisation of staff.
• Lead commercial management, cost planning and contract administration across all phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of overall work experience, with at least 5 years in a senior construction management role.
• Experience in GCC projects is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field; professional degree and SCE certification are mandatory.
