Senior Consultant HCM Functional (ERP)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – HCM Functional (ERP) to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions within an enterprise ERP environment. This role is ideal for a functional ERP professional with strong HR systems expertise and a proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end HCM transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of HCM ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, go‑live, and post‑implementation support.
• Analyze HR business processes and recommend best‑practice ERP solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and design documents aligned with business requirements.
• Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and validate deliverables.
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability across HCM applications.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with governance, information security, quality, and organizational standards.
• Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 9–10 years of functional ERP experience, including 3+ years in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Hands‑on experience with HCM ERP implementations and support.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and ERP best practices.
• ERP‑related certifications are highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
