Senior Consultant – Sustainability

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Sustainability Consultant to join our CS&A team on a full‑time secondment in Riyadh. The role will embed you within a leading developer, providing strategic advisory and hands‑on support for large‑scale development projects across the Kingdom and the wider Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s master plan, infrastructure and public realm to ensure sustainability requirements are integrated throughout design evolution.
• Lead end‑to‑end coordination and implementation of LEED for Cities and Communities (LfC) and Mostadam Communities certifications across master‑plan, infrastructure, transport and civil works.
• Monitor design and construction activities, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and proactively managing risks.
• Maintain a Smartsheet tracking system to report certification progress, scores, risks and issues at both master‑plan and asset levels.
• Act as the primary liaison with certifying bodies, authorities and internal stakeholders, managing all certification documentation and submissions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering strategic sustainability advisory on large‑scale developments in KSA or the Middle East.
• Demonstrated track record leading LEED for Cities and Communities and Mostadam Communities certification processes.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams across UAE, KSA and India.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer.
