Senior Content Writer

About the role

Reef Group is looking for a highly skilled Senior Content Writer to lead the creation of high‑quality written content across its brands, campaigns, digital platforms and communication channels. The role focuses on producing compelling Arabic copy that aligns with brand tone, supports marketing objectives and drives audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and write content for social media, websites, campaigns, product launches, advertisements and marketing materials.
• Create strong Arabic copy that reflects each brand’s identity, tone of voice and communication goals.
• Conceptualise campaign headlines, taglines, captions, scripts, product descriptions and promotional messaging.
• Review, edit and improve content produced by other team members to ensure quality, consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Design, Social Media, E‑commerce, Product and other relevant teams.
• Adapt content for different brands, customer segments, platforms and markets while ensuring cultural relevance.
• Support corporate and internal communication content when required and mentor junior writers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Arabic Language or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting or marketing communications, with strong professional Arabic writing and storytelling skills.
• Proven experience creating content for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites and brand communications.
• Experience in retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, FMCG or creative/advertising agencies is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio of previous writing work and ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
