Senior Contract Manager – Talent Pool

About the role

Alstom Grid is looking for a passionate Senior Contract Manager to join its talent pool in Saudi Arabia. You will lead the development and execution of robust contract strategies that support large‑scale rail projects and help shape the future of mobility in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead scalable contract management processes for large rail projects, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and project‑management teams to align contract objectives and monitor performance.
• Resolve disputes efficiently and drive innovation in contract structuring to meet evolving industry standards.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams to elevate contract management capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of contract management experience, preferably in rail or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven expertise in contract negotiation, risk assessment and project delivery within multinational environments.
• Deep understanding of commercial, legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to rail transportation.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and communication skills.
