About the role
Hill International is seeking a Senior Contracts Management Engineer to lead contract administration for large‑scale construction projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Saudi procurement law, and supporting project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to implementation and compliance.
- Review and analyse contract terms to identify risks and propose mitigation solutions.
- Coordinate with legal, finance and project teams to align contract terms with company policies.
- Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor contract deliverables, milestones and deadlines, and conduct regular audits for compliance.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15 years of contracts management experience on large‑scale projects.
- In‑depth knowledge of Saudi Arabia procurement law.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Expertise in contract drafting, pricing and negotiation of change orders.
- Strong knowledge of prime and sub‑contract administration, planning and scheduling.
