Senior Contracts Manager

About the role

This senior, office‑based position supports the Contracts and Commercial Director and project teams in Saudi Arabia. The focus is on post‑contract risk management, change control, and handling contractual claims to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Review and substantiate all contractual claims with proper documentation; coordinate with legal teams for compliance.
• Monitor claim progress, report risks to senior management, and drive timely resolution.
• Conduct risk assessments, recommend mitigation strategies, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Track and manage project changes, ensure change orders are approved, communicated, and documented.
• Collaborate with commercial, legal, and project management teams on change and claim processes.
• Participate in developing contract templates, support training initiatives, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
• In‑depth knowledge of contract law, industry regulations, and standards.
• Proven expertise in advanced negotiation and claim management.
• Strong background in risk management and mitigation.
• Experience preparing, submitting, and negotiating contractual claims with clients and subcontractors.
