Senior Coordinator – Transport and Distribution

About the role

Red Sea Coastal Trading Company, a logistics subsidiary of Red Sea Global, is looking for a Senior Coordinator to manage transport and distribution activities across its ambitious regenerative tourism projects in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on data‑driven coordination of shipments, inventory, and routing to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, cleanse, and aggregate data from multiple sources to support transport and distribution decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management based on data analysis.
• Work with shipping companies to guarantee on‑time, condition‑perfect deliveries.
• Coordinate material flow through distribution centres and warehouses, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Review orders for completeness and correctness, and plan vehicle routes to meet delivery deadlines.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to schedule deliveries to clients.
• Develop and propose new storage or transport methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Analyse shipping costs to select the most cost‑effective transport options.
• Provide logistical support to other departments during events such as trade shows.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Data Science, Analytics, Data Management or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
