Senior Coordinator - Transport and Distribution

About the role

Red Sea Coastal Trading Company, a specialised supply‑chain and logistics subsidiary of Red Sea Global, is looking for a Senior Coordinator to support its Transport & Distribution department in Riyadh. The role focuses on gathering, cleansing and analysing data from multiple sources to enable informed decision‑making across the end‑to‑end logistics network that serves ambitious regenerative tourism projects along the Red Sea coast.

Key responsibilities

• Work with shipping companies to ensure timely and condition‑good arrivals of shipments.
• Coordinate material flow through distribution centres and warehouses, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Plan routes and schedules for transport vehicles to meet delivery deadlines.
• Review orders for completeness and correctness, and arrange deliveries with suppliers or vendors.
• Develop and implement new storage or transport methods to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Data Science, Analytics, Data Management or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience in supply‑chain or logistics operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and supply‑chain logistics systems.

• Database languages and Access Database.
