Senior Cost Controller

About the role

The Senior Cost Controller will be based in Jeddah and will own cost management and financial control across a complex business environment. Working closely with finance and operational teams, the role provides analytical insight to support strategic decisions and improve financial visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on cost performance, analysing variances and identifying root causes.
• Develop and maintain cost control frameworks, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to strengthen cost controls and drive efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial insights to senior management.
• Lead investigations of complex financial issues and propose practical solutions.

Required profile

• 5 to 7 years of experience in cost control or a closely related finance role.
• Strong background working in a complex business setup.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA or CMA.
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of problems and deliver results.
• Excellent analytical and commercial mindset with strong communication skills.
