Senior Customer Portfolio Manager - Gas Power Services

About the role

Gevernova is looking for a Senior Customer Portfolio Manager in Riyadh. The role acts as the main interface between the customer and the project team, covering services, parts and repair services, and manages contract performance, proposals and contract administration with moderate autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all contract performance activities tied to a customer site, acting as the link between customer and project team
• Own services, parts and repair services: planning, execution, quotations, scheduling, follow-up, fulfillment and proactive risk mitigation
• Resolve issues quickly, keep customers informed and negotiate changes, variations and solutions
• Ensure adherence to contract service, operations and performance specifications, and to financial and technical metrics
• Negotiate proposals and administer assigned contracts with minimal supervision, supporting the manager and senior contract staff
• Act as the customer liaison on contract matters and develop specialized knowledge in the discipline
• Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resources, mentor colleagues and explain difficult or sensitive information

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma from an accredited institution, or high school degree with relevant work experience
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in contract management, project management, proposal management, customer management or field engineering
• Technical knowledge of gas turbine power plant equipment and services
• Experience planning and executing outages and managing contractual service agreements
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
• Legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction
• Preferred: Master's degree in MBA or Engineering, expertise in GE Gas Power Services OTR processes and tools, and experience in the power industry
