Senior Design Manager (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the role

JASARA PMC is looking for a Senior Design Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role oversees and integrates architectural design processes so that different asset types fit the client's innovative vision for the project. The successful candidate leads a creative team toward quality and design excellence and works closely with the Project Director and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design scope and manage scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Direct the integration of design packages and emphasise safety within design efforts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from concept through final execution.
• Create design documentation, including architectural sets and reports.
• Supervise architecture and design staff and give them strategic guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a similar related field.
• Proven expertise in architectural design and project management.
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of architectural typologies and design principles for public spaces.
• Experience with large-scale, multidisciplinary projects is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
• Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
