Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

The Senior DevOps Engineer will bridge development and operations to ensure enterprise applications and infrastructure are highly available, secure, and scalable. Working at the intersection of engineering velocity and operational excellence, you will drive automation, reliability, and continuous improvement across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the availability and reliability of enterprise applications by designing and operating resilient infrastructure.
• Lead the deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of container orchestration platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Automate provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage public and hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS) to optimize resources and ensure high‑availability across zones.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with GitOps, supporting zero‑downtime releases (Blue/Green, Canary).
• Establish observability using APM tools (Dynatrace, Datadog) and build custom Grafana/Kibana dashboards.
• Drive security hardening, secret management, and compliance with CIS Benchmarks and SELinux.
• Mentor teams, define best‑practice standards, and lead incident‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in large‑scale infrastructure, DevOps or SRE roles.
• Advanced certifications such as CKA/CKAD, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or RHCE.
• Proven ability to translate platform needs into repeatable, automated operational outcomes.
