Senior DevOps Engineer – META Region

About the role

Group-IB is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join its Development team and work on high‑availability systems that power global cybersecurity services. You will be responsible for building, maintaining and scaling core infrastructure across bare‑metal, container and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise server infrastructure including Linux, LXC containers, VMs and cloud platforms.
• Operate core services such as Nginx, Puppet, GitLab, Artifactory, Nexus, Harbor and Grafana.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like FluxCD or ArgoCD and manage configuration with Ansible or Puppet.
• Design, deploy and monitor high‑availability, fault‑tolerant solutions using Kubernetes and observability stacks (Zabbix, VictoriaMetrics, Loki, Grafana).
• Collaborate with network engineers, developers and other stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve system reliability.

Required profile

• Fluent English (Arabic a strong plus) and at least 4 years of experience in Linux administration, DevOps or SRE.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, DNS).
• Hands‑on experience with bare‑metal production environments and distributed databases (Elasticsearch, Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
