Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, optimise and report on digital marketing activities across paid advertising, SEO, social media and other digital channels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially focused and able to own campaigns from strategy through to performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other paid media campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, remarketing and paid social campaigns.
• Design and implement SEO strategies, including technical, on‑page, local SEO and link building.
• Build and optimise landing pages, conversion funnels and conduct A/B testing of ads, audiences and creatives.
• Implement and verify conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel.
• Analyse campaign data, prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience in a performance‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business results.
• Proven ownership of campaigns from strategy to optimisation and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets is preferred.

• Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
• SEO and SEM, including technical SEO, on‑page optimisation and link building.
• Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console.
• SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
• Landing‑page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
• Familiarity with AI‑powered marketing and automation tools.
