Senior Director of Marketing

About the role

The Senior Director of Marketing provides strategic leadership across branding, digital marketing, and customer campaigns, ensuring that marketing investments align with business priorities and long‑term growth ambitions. This role acts as a key advisor to the Chief and senior leadership on brand positioning, market trends, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall marketing, branding, and digital strategy in line with corporate objectives.
• Set strategic direction for brand positioning, architecture, value propositions and market differentiation.
• Oversee integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels, ensuring they are insight‑led and commercially relevant.
• Champion data‑driven, personalized digital marketing to improve acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Monitor brand health through research, market intelligence and customer insights.
• Lead the marketing leadership team and manage relationships with agencies, media, and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Significant senior leadership experience in marketing, brand management or integrated digital marketing.
• Proven track record of developing enterprise‑level brand and marketing strategies.
• Experience managing large marketing budgets, agencies and strategic partnerships.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to link marketing strategy to measurable business outcomes.
