Senior Director of Treasury Documentation

About the role

BSF Enterprise is seeking a Senior Director of Treasury Documentation to lead the negotiation, drafting, and management of bespoke master agreements for its treasury and investment groups. The role provides expert legal and commercial oversight on a range of financial instruments, including both standard and complex derivatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and finalize bespoke master agreements such as ISDA Master Agreements and Global Master Repurchase Agreements (GMRA) while ensuring compliance with initial margin requirements and SIMM methodology.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk management, and front‑office teams to guarantee agreements are comprehensive, regulatory‑compliant, and aligned with the organization’s financial strategy.
• Review and interpret complex financial terms and conditions to assess their impact on treasury operations and risk exposure.
• Maintain a centralized repository for all master agreements and related documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and ongoing compliance tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum five years (60 months) of experience in treasury documentation, derivatives, and master agreement negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, margin requirements, and regulatory frameworks governing treasury activities.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, compliance, risk, and front‑office stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate contractual language and its operational impact.
