Senior Electrical Engineer

About the role

Parsons is seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer to join its team in Tabuk. You will provide advanced technical leadership and engineering expertise for large‑scale, complex infrastructure and building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering scope, including design and review of power distribution, lighting, grounding, lightning protection, and low‑current systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid‑level engineers to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Conduct thorough technical reviews of drawings, calculations, specifications, and material submittals from contractors.
• Collaborate with civil, structural, mechanical, and project‑management teams to ensure seamless system integration and resolve design conflicts.
• Interface directly with clients, stakeholders, and utility authorities to align requirements and secure approvals.
• Oversee site inspections and technical audits to verify construction aligns with approved designs and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree or PE/CEng status highly desirable).
• Minimum 12 years of progressive engineering experience, with a proven record leading electrical scopes on large‑scale infrastructure or mega‑projects.
• Deep expertise in power system analysis software (e.g., ETAP), AutoCAD, Revit, and comprehensive knowledge of IEC, NEC, IEEE codes and Saudi SBC regulations.
