About the role
The Senior Engineering Supervisor will lead the engineering department at Kaynuna Beach Escape, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas and all hotel facilities operate at the highest standards of safety, comfort and reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily engineering operations, guaranteeing that guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Lead and support the engineering team in responding promptly to maintenance requests and technical issues.
- Oversee and ensure the effective implementation of preventive maintenance programs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems.
