Senior Facility Administrator

About the role

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is looking for an experienced Senior Facility Administrator to lead administration and facility operations across all company sites. Reporting to the Manager, Admin & Facility, the role ensures efficient service delivery, compliance with EHSS standards, and continuous improvement of workplace environments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee general office operations, maintain supplies and equipment, and manage correspondence and visitor coordination.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of office premises across multiple locations, coordinating with vendors and service providers.
• Provide administrative support to departments and executives, organize internal meetings, workshops, and events.
• Liaise with cleaning, security, IT, and other service providers; manage contracts and monitor service level compliance.
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation for office‑related expenses and handle procurement of supplies and services.
• Support onboarding of new hires with workspace setup, orientation, and staff welfare initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or diploma in Administration, Facility Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of facility management experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with facility management systems or software.
