Senior Facility Supervisor

About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Facility Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This strategic role is responsible for overseeing comprehensive facility operations across our headquarters in Dammam and our industrial site in Ras Al Khair, ensuring excellence in all service deliveries.

Main Missions

• Supervise and coordinate all facility services, including building maintenance, cleaning, and catering services.
• Manage corporate logistics, including transportation services and the company's vehicle fleet.
• Oversee site security, visitor access control, and reception services to ensure a safe and professional environment.
• Develop, implement, and optimize facility management policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Lead, mentor, and manage administrative and facility support staff to ensure high performance and service quality.
• Monitor service provider performance and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in facility management, preferably within an industrial or large-scale corporate environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and manage diverse teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
