Senior Finance Associate

About the role

KUN Investment Holding is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join its finance team in Jeddah. This hands‑on position supports multiple entities across the group and is responsible for end‑to‑end payment processing, accounting, reconciliations and financial reporting using Odoo.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process payment requests, invoices and supporting documentation in line with internal approval requirements.
• Record and classify transactions in Odoo, including analytical, project and asset allocations.
• Prepare and review bank, intercompany, related‑party and advance reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve unreconciled or outstanding financial items.
• Track advances, reimbursements and payments through settlement and closure.
• Produce monthly financial reports, payment and expense summaries and support budget‑versus‑actual analysis.
• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate professionally with internal stakeholders across multiple entities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 7–9 years of relevant finance experience, preferably within a holding group, family office or diversified corporate environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience in payment processing, bank reconciliations, advances, related‑party balances and audit support.
• Progress toward a professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Odoo accounting modules, analytical accounting, allocations, reconciliations, document attachments and multi‑entity reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
