About the role
The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with Finance and client‑facing teams across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman to drive financial planning, analysis and reporting. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, multi‑year growth plans and client deal structuring while ensuring compliance with internal governance.
Key responsibilities
- Produce key business drivers and volume trends for strategic planning, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
- Model client deals, review incentive proposals and provide financial viability recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage expense planning, forecast and budget processes, track performance and advise cost‑center managers.
- Ensure compliance with approval‑to‑spend policies, maintain data integrity and document financial assumptions.
- Collaborate with legal, contract management and controlling teams to execute incentive contracts efficiently.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related quantitative field; professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of post‑qualification finance experience, preferably in payments or card‑related businesses.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities with excellent stakeholder management.
- Fluent in business English; proficiency in local languages is advantageous.
