Senior Florist

About the role

The Senior Florist will work on‑site in Riyadh, creating flower arrangements and decorative displays for the company’s branches, special events and customer orders. This full‑time position combines creative design, customer interaction and team leadership within a fast‑paced, brand‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce floral arrangements and decorations for in‑store displays, seasonal campaigns and corporate events.
• Plan designs, select and prepare flowers and materials, and maintain inventory quality.
• Interact directly with customers to understand their needs, offer recommendations and ensure a positive experience.
• Guide junior team members on design techniques, presentation standards and safe handling of materials.
• Coordinate with branch staff to support promotions, seasonal themes and special occasions.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in flower arrangements and floral design, preferably at a senior or supervisory level.
• High creativity with the ability to develop unique concepts, colour combinations and decorative themes.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate design ideas clearly.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and the capacity to work safely with tools and fresh flowers.
• Ability to manage time effectively during peak periods such as holidays and large events.
