Senior Frontend Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Engineer (React.js) with 4–7 years of professional experience, ideally from fast‑paced startup environments. The role focuses on building modern, scalable, high‑performance user interfaces and collaborating closely with backend teams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and optimize responsive, intuitive web applications using React.js, Redux, Context API, and Next.js while ensuring accessibility and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs seamlessly and contribute to Node.js service discussions.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions and maintain design consistency.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines, taking ownership of feature delivery and meeting timelines.
• Engage in knowledge sharing, foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of professional experience in frontend engineering, preferably in startups.
• Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with state‑management libraries (Redux, Context API) and frameworks like Next.js.
• Familiarity with backend development using Node.js and API integration patterns.
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility standards, and security best practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
