Senior Full Stack Developer – Team Lead

About the role

Falakcart is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the technical direction of its B2B e‑commerce platform. The role combines hands‑on development with team leadership, ensuring the product scales and meets business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front‑end and back‑end solutions.
• Work directly with PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, APIs, and databases.
• Lead technical decisions, contribute to system architecture and solution design.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high‑quality output.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
• Mentor and support the development team technically.
• Collaborate with management to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience as a senior developer, technical lead, or similar role.
• Strong hands‑on full‑stack development background.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving and technical leadership abilities.
