Senior Full-Stack Engineer - AI

About the role

SoftwareOne is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to design and deliver secure, scalable backend services that power AI‑enabled enterprise applications. You will work in a hybrid setting in Riyadh, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to integrate real‑time data, cloud‑native technologies, and advanced AI/ML capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure backend services and RESTful APIs for reporting, dashboards, notifications, user workflows and AI features.
• Integrate applications with enterprise data sources, document repositories, messaging services and existing backend systems.
• Implement real‑time data flows using WebSockets, Server‑Sent Events, message queues and similar patterns.
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to embed model outputs, analytics and LLM capabilities into application workflows.
• Support containerised deployments with Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Ensure reliability, security and operational readiness through troubleshooting, logging, performance optimisation and secure coding practices.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in full‑stack or backend‑focused enterprise application development.
• Proven ability to design, build and document scalable backend services and secure APIs.
• Strong track record of deploying and operating applications in containerised environments.
• Experience working in structured enterprise settings with formal documentation, testing and quality‑assurance processes.
