Senior Games Data Analyst

About the role

This senior analytics position focuses on turning complex player and product data into actionable insights that drive engagement, retention and monetisation across games. Based in Saudi Arabia and operating within a remote‑first environment, you will partner with product, operations, marketing, CRM and engineering teams to shape data‑informed product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse player behaviour throughout the acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, monetisation and churn lifecycle.
• Identify growth opportunities and risks through segmentation, funnel, cohort and behavioural analyses.
• Design, execute and interpret A/B tests and other experiments, including hypothesis formulation, sample‑size calculation and statistical evaluation.
• Measure the impact of game features, promotions, events and marketing campaigns on key performance indicators.
• Define, monitor and maintain product and gaming metrics, and build dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders.
• Investigate unexpected KPI changes, determine root causes and communicate business impact.
• Collaborate with product managers to set analytical requirements before feature launches.
• Work with data engineers to improve data quality, tracking coverage and analytical data sets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, product analytics or business intelligence.
• At least 3 years of experience in gaming, online entertainment, betting, financial quantitative research or a similarly high‑volume digital environment.
• Proven ability to lead analytical projects and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex findings into clear recommendations for technical and non‑technical audiences.
