Senior Graphic Designer – Packaging & Branding

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer specialized in packaging and branding to join our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) team. The role involves creating compelling visual identities for our biscuit and food product range, ensuring consistency across all touch points.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging artwork for new and existing products.
• Prepare print‑ready files and liaise with printing houses and packaging suppliers.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity across packaging, marketing, and digital channels.
• Produce social media content, digital ads, point‑of‑sale materials, catalogues and promotional assets.
• Create and edit short videos, Reels and other digital media.
• Coordinate with external agencies and oversee outsourced creative activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in reputable companies.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Proven experience designing FMCG packaging for the food‑manufacturing sector, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to manage corporate social‑media accounts and produce digital content.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English for design adaptation.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, pre‑press and print‑ready artwork.
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects (advantage).
